TCA DECIDES TO LAY CHARGES AT SAHRC

The Chinese Association (Gauteng) has decided to lay charges at the South African Human Rights Commission against various individuals for hate speech and racist comments made against the Chinese community.

The decision was made after various xenophobic comments were posted on Carte Blanche, Karoo Donkey Sanctuary and on the TCA Chinese New Year celebration social media pages.

The TCA felt that those guilty of these xenophobic comments must be brought to justice. The TCA will be accepting donations to assist with all the legal costs.

All donations can be deposited into the TCA FNB account, acc no: 62175906026, branch code: 200607 (Sandton). Leave your name and dignity as reference.
