Cost is a concern in any business decision, and a move or relocation can cure or create.
Africa Hub, which is a business enabler and a brainchild of China Southern Africa Trade & Expo Centre, offers you new and exciting ways to boost your business.
They’re offering efficient business spaces at discounted prices that will enable you move or relocate your business and be part of a thriving business network.
There are more than 100 vacant 60m2 to 200 m2 flexible studio unit readily available to lease and the first two months are free.
The spaces have two floors and a mini kitchen as well as a rest room inside to ensure your convenient working environment.
Africa Hub, which is earmarked for the official opening in February, invites entrepreneurs and or SMMEs across the continent to take advantage of this opportunity and put your brand in a global economic space.
According to Ntshabi Moeketsi, Africa Hub’s operations manager, every business person from various sectors of trade and services is invited.
Moeketsi said Africa Hub was created to help young emerging SMMEs, entrepreneurs and other established businesses to work together in one platform to share in the wealth of the continent’s economy.
“We want to foster inter-Africa trade that will in turn enable African companies to create and sustain their own economy. We’re targeting all African countries – from small to big companies including retailers and wholesalers to lease these spaces and create a vast economic market,” said Moeketsi.
The stores are made in a way that allows owners to design and finish out their spaces just the way they want them, she added.
Recently Africa Hub team held talks with the Nigerian Chamber of Business to garner support for this first-of-its kind initiative in Johannesburg and Moeketsi said talks are already at an advanced stage to partner with them and their members.
She said the Nigerians have agreed in principle that they will be mobilising their businesses to form part of Africa Hub and they will also be assisting with the planned roadshows soon.
This will allow Africans to trade among themselves in a vast business world, said Moeketsi adding that this will also serve as a gateway to the Chinese market as their partners.
