Cabbage is a multipurpose vegetable that can be cooked in using various methods or it can be eaten raw in salads. It can be added in spring rolls, as the Chinese Chef Chiss Kop does, or stews or even stir-fry’s. You can cook it in a small amount of liquid on the stove or even in the oven (this is called braising it).
Before deciding on the various cooking methods, you first have to figure out how to cut it!!
